832E will be revised as Version 4020 by the middle 1999. This is an enhancement only of 4010. New codes added to version 4020.

NAPA & Carquest have joined the APAA committee. They do not officially support the standard. The 832E is certified by the ACEC. Public comment will be made on additions and tables to be added to spreadsheet.

The Mitchell tables will be added to spreadsheet.
VCD tables (Vehicle Certification Database) is the name of the Mitchell tables.

COMMENTS:
One hundred companies subscribe to the standard.

APAA will prepare 4010 standards for certification at the next meeting.
