Description: The purpose of this course is to give the participant the skills required to install OAGIS 8.0, navigate the documentation, determine the differences between OAGIS 8.0 and other versions of OAGIS, develop the skills to implement the specifications, and develop the skills to extend the specifications as necessary.

Prerequisites: Basic XML knowledge, plus experience with programming or scripting languages, such as Java or JavaScript. Experience working with previous OAGIS XML versions is sufficient to meet prerequisites for this Course. Knowledge and experience with XML Schema is helpful, but not required.
